Progress Propelled by Tax and Legal Assistance from Mayer Brown

 

New York, New York, March 28, 2017 - C2 Energy Capital (www.c2.energy), a leading sponsor of distributed generation projects in the United States, announced a record year of growth with more than 35 Megawatts (MW) in Massachusetts, California, New York, New Jersey and South Carolina closed in 2016.

 

C2's growth included twelve project acquisitions, increasing its portfolio to 50 distributed generation projects under management and establishing C2 as a key sponsor for non-residential solar projects in the US. This exceptional progress was achieved leveraging the legal and tax expertise of global legal services firm Mayer Brown.
